Our team has a wide range of experience across a number of
different industries, including advertising, marketing and IT.
All of our senior team have worked with large multinational
corporations and SMEs, and understand the challenges that both
types of business face.
Paul Inman
Paul is an experienced sales and marketing director with an
international track record. His strong leadership and communication
skills as well as his proven capability in sales and business
development make him an ideal choice as Airpod's Head of Sales and
Marketing, as well as being the company's Managing Director. Paul
has been working in and around the outdoor advertising world for a
number of years and has gained a valuable insight into the
processes and management of advertising campaigns, both agency side
and client facing.
Paul Etherington
Paul is Airpod Media's Agency Sales Manager. He has over
10-years of experience in the outdoor advertising industry, having
worked for both media owners and specialists. Paul spent a number
of years as a London Buying Manager at specialist buying agencies
Posterscope and Blade. Most recently Paul has been working as a
Development Manager for roadside and retail sectors at
Clearchannel.
Simon Boon
Simon is a serial entrepreneur, specialising in the early stages
of businesses. He has significant business experience, having built
and sold a successful international consulting practice and a CRM
software business. Simon is a hybrid; supplementing technical
skills with broad-based business experience in a number of
industries. He now spends the majority of his time working
with smaller businesses as a non-executive director or
consultant.
Peter Goodman
Peter is a chartered accountant who acts as director of finance
for a number of start-up and high-growth SME companies in the
technology sector. After graduating in Physiology and Pharmacology
from Oxford University he worked for four years as an auditor at
Deloitte and Touche in London. He has four years of
experience working in corporate finance and was previously a senior
manager in Ernst and Young's transaction support team in Leeds. He
is also a lecturer in management accounting at BPP Professional
Education.
Hilary Boon
After over 15 years providing general management support to a
number of small businesses, Hilary brings a wealth of experience to
the team. With a practical grounding in finance, planning, and
organisation, Hilary provides the practical skills required to
ensure Airpod remains focused and efficient.
